When will my order be shipped?

Generally, we will do our best to have your package in the mail within 24 hours of ordering (excluding holidays and weekends).

How do you choose what brands and products to carry? Can I make a suggestion of something I want that you don't have? 

We use a 3-pronged approach to selecting which products to carry. Founder Katie Purcell has been in and around the OCR industry since 2013, so she has had a TON of experience - both personally and through word of mouth - regarding what brands/products work well and are well-liked by the community. We also actively research to look for new brands that may not be as well-known within OCR but have a solid product and a credible, trustworthy company culture valuing quality and performance. Lastly, we always keep our ears open to hear what YOU want (because it's all about YOU, remember?) So if you have a suggestion please let us know! There are some brands out there who we unfortunately cannot carry, either because they are strict about how many e-commerce sites they work with or they do not want to sell through a third party vendor, but we will do our best to keep a well-rounded selection of solid products for you to choose from.
